Format:	<source> WALLOPS :[*|$] <message>
Info:	This shows when you receive a WALLOPS or WALLUSERS message. the * shows it is a WALLOPS message, the $ shows it is a WALLUSERS message, none means it is a WALLDESYNCH message.
