Ctcp events

These events respond to CTCP (Client to Client Protocol) requests.

ctcp <level>:<matchtext>:<*|#|?>:<commands>

This event works exactly like an On text event might, except to CTCPs.

Note: You can NOT change the CTCP VERSION requests. Khaled deserves credit, after all. For information on changing default CTCPs like PING or FINGER, see this page on customizing mIRC.
