Changes your ident and/or host on IRC.
For users:
/sethost hostname password
For IRC operators:
/sethost ident hostname
To remove a sethost:
/sethost undo
Depending on the ircd.conf there might be restrictions on which hostnames you can use. A list of available spoofhosts can be viewed using /stats S.
