Info: This is returned when a nick does not exist or leaves the network before the message is delivered
Example:

irc.quakenet.org 401 Dana Q :No such nick
irc.quakenet.org 401 Dana * :Target left QuakeNet. Failed to deliver: [cows go moo!]
