Returns list of supported channelmodes of the network you are connected to.
$chanmodes
If you are connected, it will return the channelmodes the network supports (Read this for more information).
If you are not connected, it will return bIe,k,l as default.
Example
At QuakeNet, it returns:
b,k,l,imnpstrDdcCNu
