Info:	This is returned when using the USERHOST command <info> is a space seperated list of one or more of <nick>[*]=<+|-><user@host> <nick> is the nick of the user *means the user is an IRC Operator + means the user is not marked as being away - means the user is marked as being away user@host is the part from nick!user@host
