This is returned when using the USERHOST command

- <info> is a space seperated list of one or more of <nick>[*]=<+|-><user@host>
- <nick> is the nick of the user
- *means the user is an IRC Operator
- + means the user is not marked as being away
- - means the user is marked as being away user@host is the part from nick!user@host
