This allows you to set or remove the info appended to a user list entry.

/iuser <nick | address> [info]

If no info is specified, it will be removed.

iuser Dana This is my new info.

This would set a new info about Dana being "This is my new info."

iuser Dana

This example would delete the information about Dana.
